Hey there ladies. I pray your week and weekend was great. This week I have been really battling with frustration and being overwhelmed. I know as a full time home maker, mom, wife, and blogger. I feel I should have more time for simple things, but I just don't. People think I have all the time in the world because I'm home, but that's so far from the truth.
This week it just really hit me like a ton of bricks. Where is my time going? Every now and then the enemy likes to creep in and try so hard to bombard my life with too much stuff to try and get me to brake. Now he gets pretty close sometimes, but I know my God is good! I stumbled on this thought in the middle of the week, to sit down and write out my days and see where I can cut some things out, to add in the necessary (new ones), and I finally started to battle the "busy mode". With being an at home mom our primary focus is on our children and having them do activities they love. One thing I see and I know I battled with was being consumed with them not missing any classes and staying focused on their activities, But that is what gets us to that over whelmed state. You can not be afraid to take out time for you and your sanity. God has shown me this. With this extra day I am able to spend the majority of it with my girls which helps us bond. Without it I would barely get that one on one time with them.
Now here was what helped me.
Look over the necessities for your children: schoolwork, studying, you and them time, and how long they take.
Then the extra curricular activities: sports, TV, video games, etc.
Now look at things you can cut out, like: an extra day of dance, video games, TV, etc.
Move that out to add in the necessities!!
Don't be afraid to take out time for you, you need it.
With our schedule I cut out 1 day of Taekwondo and added in an around the house catch up and errand day!!
That allowed me to get in an early workout, go to store and doctors appointments and grade schoolwork. With this extra day at home and event free. I now can breath and get more done. Yay me!!
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Now this dress, the pictures do it no justice. This dress is so comfortable and feminine. Only thing I suggest is going down a size. I ordered small thinking if I ordered an xsmall it would be to tight, but no this dress is made looser than normal. I added the belt so I didn't look preggers. It is all around an awesome dress.
